We are a company that started its journey five years ago to enable the purchase of environmentally friendly and high-quality battery tools for garden care in Slovenia. Over the years, we have also added robotic lawnmowers and hand tools for home workshops.
We are distinguished by a professional attitude towards all segments in the sales chain; from good relations with manufacturers and retailers, to excellent knowledge of sales channels in Slovenia, to providing quality technical support and service after the purchase of products.
In this way, we have acquired exclusive representation for both brands, we also have our own warehouse and an excellent chain of transport service providers.
Brands
Greenworks is an innovative brand that leaves behind fossil fuels and electrical cables and is fully focused on the development and manufacture of cordless garden and hand tools.
All tools are the result of our own development, design and manufacture. The production of tools, from the processing of materials to the final product, is carried out in our own factories, without external subcontractors. Control of raw materials, costs and the final product provides the buyer of Greenworks tools with a high price-quality ratio.
The Regional Office for Europe, the Middle East and Asia is located in Malmö, Sweden. Sweden is also home to a corporate R&D center.

The Worx brand is renowned for the outstanding technology of the best-selling robotic lawnmowers in Europe – the Landroid and for its PowerShare line of tools.
The PowerShare line of tools allows the same battery to be used in Landroid robotic lawnmowers, cordless hand tools and cordless garden tools.
As with Greenworks tools, Worx tools are the result of their own development, design and manufacture. The production of tools, from the processing of materials to the final product, is carried out in our own factories, without external subcontractors.

MERKUR is the synonym for a quality dealer in technical products for domestic and industrial applications, all available at one place.
MERKUR trade, Ltd. is the Slovenian market leader in sales of home products and DIY. The company has a 20 to 50% market share in Slovenia in sales of individual programmes. Greenworks and WORX tools are available in all Merkur branches and in Merkur’s online store.

Acucenter Uroš Perčič s.p. has a retail and exhibition salon for Greenworks and Worx tools at Rožna ulica 44 in Šenčur near Kranj.
Within Akucenter, there is technical assistance with the purchase of tools, tool service and installation of robotic lawnmowers.
